1 . No Hike 2 gender discrimination ( say if ur woman hard to get WFH due to pregnancy) 3. sometimes don't get leaves 4. Management / Managers behaves like school. 5. no career growth

... employee has been promoted to a level which he/she is currently not capable of. performance is properly checked up on quaterly basis based on which your appraisal and bonus is added. Remote work culture is excellent. benefits are excellent. good amount of pf is contributed group medical policy is good including spouse and children

you need to work on some of its legacy product and keep improving the same. If your manager is proactive then he/she can help you with working in various domains and skillset.

They don't care about employee lots of work pressure they only want work from you anyhow salary hike worst there I have worked there for 2.6 years I have asked multiple time for increament but they have putted me on hope only and told we will do it in this all time period doesn't give me single rupees increament
