Company is good for entry to middle management role , lot of learning and exposure is available. Culture is good. Perks and other employees benefit are really good.

...eople and it’s really important to make your presence feel to be on top list. Salary is good but growth will be slow once u reach to middle management.

Company written policy... but people manager not following the policy.... few of manager run the team with micro management.

Salary, work life balance( few team), promotion takes minimum 4 years in junior level. Rewards are followed round rota method. Even 5 mins late we need to call your TL and inform to them.... (people manager issue)

...our scope) then the managers will ensure that your variable is not given to you.( variable which is part of salary is also given yearly) In Captive SOC the customers are not behaved and insults everyone working over here( they don't even spare seniors like leads and managers). This is not the organization to grow your career or learn anything as there is no respect of your work in this organization. Please refrain from joining the captive SOC projects in this organization.

...defines your increment and promotion 2) No peer to peer respect in same group . 3) No notable recognition in teams 4) 4% to 8% hikes on lower base salary 5) Head of Solutions - was not an engineer, Head of Sales (B2B complex solutions) - is not an engineer. 6) Mostly Babu people from Bihar (Not being racist, just observation) 7) Review's 3 days a week, don't know when should one work 8) No stable products. Wish the brand took cognizance of their market acceptability. 9) Customers chasing the teams for giving results, not the other way around.

Good number of leaves. Flexible timings. Freedom in all aspects of work.

Dislikes

...chances of ending up in a toxic team (Team members trashing other members work). Pay gets normalized eventually, so motivation to go above average is pretty much unnecessary.
