...e policy is worst... They don't provide same opportunity to offrole employees... No salary growth. No diwali bonus.

Worse management i have seen in entire work life. No job security. No salary hike as management is telling survival mode is going on. That's it. There is no support from senior.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. career growth is very slow.

...vironment and culture. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is some amount of politics within the corporate life. There is slow growth with the position.

It's only it's flexible work culture that keeps us alive. Except this nothing is Good. But if you are Married you will barely able to spend time with your family.

Extended working hours, no skill development training, no compensation especially for off role employees.

Company written policy... but people manager not following the policy.... few of manager run the team with micro management.

Dislikes

Salary, work life balance( few team), promotion takes minimum 4 years in junior level. Rewards are followed round rota method. Even 5 mins late we need to call your TL and inform to them.... (people manager issue)
