Salary and Perks are not that much. If you are in a Management role chances are you will be getting more money as compared to other job roles. Also some very very few teams have toxicity but overall this is a really good company if you want everything overall. But mind you salary and promotion aspects are real slow. You need to play politics.

Work Timings and Week off. There's no much about to talk.

...s at its peak. Employees are not valued for their contribution and achievements. Salary is way less, not even close to the market standards. Hostile Management. Managers are narccisitic, and self-righteous. No wide vision. Senior Management Focus on to save their skin and not worried about the employees. If you're a sycophant, then this company is a great fit.

There is no work life balance. The people who are part of the company since long won't have the same package as the one's who go out and come back again after a year or so. So, this sets a wrong example for the employees who are working with loyalty and not changing and chopping the job.

The company is awesome if you are into right project. The learning opportunities are very good and there are many opportunities where you will get chance to enhance your visibility.

...l be the one will thrown out of the system. No retention for the talent at all. They will simply hire someone else with more package than you instead of retaining you. Biased HR department.

...defines your increment and promotion 2) No peer to peer respect in same group . 3) No notable recognition in teams 4) 4% to 8% hikes on lower base salary 5) Head of Solutions - was not an engineer, Head of Sales (B2B complex solutions) - is not an engineer. 6) Mostly Babu people from Bihar (Not being racist, just observation) 7) Review's 3 days a week, don't know when should one work 8) No stable products. Wish the brand took cognizance of their market acceptability. 9) Customers chasing the teams for giving results, not the other way around.
