Company management does not follow the company policy, lot discrimination between coorg,malayali is going on caste based discrimination is present in plantations

It was an great opportunity to work in Tata Coffee Limited. Which helps to learn face the tough situations and solve it.

Even though many requests my quarters was not repaired and very very less security for life. So I resigned from this place.. But really missing Tata.

Such old company still lot of compartmentel work Nature there may be merged together - better results maybe achieved, more happiness can be created in the work life.
