Its a 100% to 200% fraud company.There is not even a single pro that we can get by joining here.After gopal astana joined it become 100% fraud company.This stupid fellow things like laying off employees is the only way to improve company

...false promises before joining the company After joining they dont even care you.Variable pay is a big scam here. Lot of internal politics. There is no proper cordination between the teams. There will be lot of pressure in the work.Salary is very less.Tatacliq atleast layoff employees 4 times in a year which is very worst work place. It is not recommended to join this company.

Its a 100% fraud company with the use less HRs.They just be there to eat food and to get salary,They wont even help. Variable pay is 100% scam,They wont even pay.10000% layoffs, they believe that layying off employees is the only way to improve the company.Hikes are less.Too much work.

...ould be illigal and there should b police case against the employee who abscond. no salary, they add you variables in ctc, provide you weird salary slip with 4 different salaries starting from 22 to 19 then 16 but in the end, they pay you 11000/- one month, and then they dont pay your salary and pf and reliving letter nothing. same way, they treat their customers as well, no empathy, no compensation, no understanding, just wasting their time, their is no exchange and the return policy is terrfying for some products. its like customers plead and cry, why did they shop from tatacliq. i used to say to cx, thank you for shopping at tatacliq and also supporting India but noooo Amazon is infinity times better than tatacliq.

It's used to be a good company, but over the time the decisions taken by the top leaders have tarnished the brand tata. It does not deserve to be called as tata company.

- CEO and top leaders don't have key skill set to run a e-commerce business. Current ceo does not understand tech and product role in a online business. Why would some one hire a offline experience guy at the top to run an online business? - They wasted money in hiring people whom they could not afford and then letting more people go along with them cause that created budget deficit. - Top leaders don't listen, it's more like a dictatorship. - Hiring favorites and letting non favorites go is the norm. - People stay in fear of top leadership, there is no job security, no learning.
