Bureaucratic approch. A bunch of old employees are sitting there since 10+ years and think that the company will run at their will. High on politics. You have to save yourself from office politics at every step. You would feel abandoned if you're not involved in office politics.

Since this was my 1st job, the kind of support and help you get from seniors is way too good!! The support functions like credit, operations team too help you to the core. Its like a small family in a branch!! I also like the employee re hiring over here

Salary component is decent but growth is slow.work pressure increases and have to work for 14-18 hours straight in a day.

You owe your life to company. No work life balance. Senior treats you like a robot. 24 hours on the job. You work whole day in office and at 8 o' clock in the evening your senior says take a bus/train and go outstation for documentation. Very poor increment, poor appraisal. too much work pressure.

There has no salary growth and learning. Current company's work culture is full of with the company politics and seniors are treating their employees as a machine and you are not allowed to take a sudden leave if you have a medical emergency then you have to inform them earlier for the leave
