...of my designation and also manager level work. I also handled location myself. But due to internal politics and favourism i didn't get promoted and salary increase instead of they hired my senior who was less capable and dependent on me. Now in corona pendemic they have forced me to resign and now i am jobless So it was not good experience.

The culture is very good having high job security. No employee was removed in covid lockdown time even salary also not hold to any one.

Growth was very less. Appraisal are very less about only 5% per year and getting promotion also not easy in operations team.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
