Pay is decent

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. Even if the company is under Tata group there is nothing as work life peace. If you join TCHFL be prepared to compromise on all public holidays. If there is weekend off then sales team takes approval from the HR to make any public holidays falling within the week as normal working day with assurance of compoff however no compoff is given after that. There is late sitting and extended month end.

Really my overall experience is worst if I talk abt the credit dept.It is better to work in low salary by 2 or 3 k ,but if u for coming with such hike or with great expectation than ,you really have to pay for that mistake.Working here will definately finishes your personal life bcoz time issue exist here the most.No management,No time,No culture but why to speak a lie, if I talk about learning than definately there are many things to learn here and you can expect future growth but that also possible only when an employee get a management properly .Nothing more to say..all I can say is WORST place to work with.comparing to this job it is better that I opt for any job which may2 or 3 k less than this one.
