Working in an ever growing organization exposes you to a lot of new programs and exiciting oppurtunities to learn and be on par with new technologies and best practices in the industry. The experience you gain working here cannot be gained anywhere in the world. Work Satisfaction is very good and it is a very good platform to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Dislikes

Salary Compensation is not on par with the Market. Work-Life balance is not good as you are expected to put in everything in order to get a task done. Need a more balanced culture. Organization has grown too fast. Not enough training is provided to mid level to enhance their skills.

Job security and skill development is very consistent with the TATA brand.

Dislikes

The clear disparity in the working hours and salary structure (and consequent salary growth) of employees at different levels. The upper echelon of management is disjointed from reality lived by the other lower level of employees.

Work culture is not at good, especially Fiance department work culture is worst. Even if we work on Saturday and Sundays to support Audit time there is no comp offs and too much un necessary pressure needs to be handled which is not at all required. No need to think about leaves...

Most of the skilled and efficient staff are recruited from thirdparty Payroll. Higher Management response is poor and very late. Tata Brand only, apart from that mid range level companies have good culture and system than this.

Variation between onroll and third party Payroll staff., they treat Payroll employees like robots and they didn't give any credit or respect to Payroll staff.Think 10 times before going in to third party payroll in this boeing company
