Salary on time. Yearly increment is good more or less 10% depends on how much good puppet of your boss..

Behavior of upper management is simply rude and no facility other than salary is provided in jamshedpur plant.

Its a great company ..but not for GET, as they don't make you permanent even after one year of training and the worst part is that....you wont get good increment or even the existing salary.

The TATA tag and the ability to pursue MBA via Symbiosis only. Nothing much.

.... Senior management is incapable of taking a decision, power is not delegated. Horrible compensation beyond 2 years.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts lestest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality product's and has a global client base as a result, I get to traval abroad especially to the US and Canada but on site traval is completely department on your project and clients location mine is a US based clients and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background and we work happily in collaboration I also like the employees rehire policy here.
