Working as a retail health underwriter there was no work life balance, month ends are always hectic, team politics, feeling of being left out in terms of work it seemed like only specific people in the team are giving importance and projects rest will do the mundane work. Only its Hybrid and weekends off, because it’s one of the worst companies.

Everything let’s listed 1. Salary - They don’t have any salary bands like product based companies have. New trainee earn double of Software Engineer with 3 yrs of experience. 2. Office politics is more than Indian politics here and favouritism. 3. No skill enhancement. No new tech stack and learning here.
