Working as a retail health underwriter there was no work life balance, month ends are always hectic, team politics, feeling of being left out in terms of work it seemed like only specific people in the team are giving importance and projects rest will do the mundane work. In pat days Tata aigs HR policies are very strong but now days HR policies are very week they haven't reply on mails properly. Early day in all Tata group having a employee values but now days that values become week. I complaint my reporting manager to higher authorities like HRs and senior but they didn't reply on this. And already few members already complained to higher authorities about that reporting manager and also having legel cases. Since they support to that manager. So please when you selected to for health agency for kolhapur please think thousand time.
