Nothing to say. Salary hike percentage should be revised. the hike percentage cannot be same across all levels. the Junior category and middle management should be given equal opportunity to revise their compensation like senior menagement

I hate people working there, most idiotic, politically personality people They don't know to manage, if ur executive till assistant manager then ur life of working here will be more like hell,

In Tata Working culture is good and salary benefits is less , very good skills development and new learnings intiative. Job security is good.

Not negotiable 5- Poor documentation 6- managers don't know, how to deal with juniors. 7- Gender discrimination. 8- Poor work culture 9- Poor increment. 10- Poor promotions. 11- All HR policies against employee. 12- zero quality on product
