1- Seniors behaviour 2- HR never responded. 3- Poor salary structure. 4- 90 days notice period. Many changes comes recent year's. Overall company is good for only Top management. Job security for all is good.

Dislikes

Policies changes frequently. less salary than expected. This is not like other TATA companies. This is not aerospace but like automobile company.

...ses and standards. The perks are good as well but for short period like 2 years. If you join TASL with some experience then you would have better benefits in salary compared to existing employees. The company is more inclined to systematic & procedural approach to quality system which actually good for any organisation and its employees.

Dislikes

The difference of the salary for exisitng employees and newly joined are there. Which is demoralizing for exisitng employees. The difference is substantial. There are many old souls working around you which is good for instance but again gets challenging survival among these. The expectation of management from employees is confusing as they want you to contribute to the yearly revenue by making slides and attending audit everyday despite being a manufacturing industry.
