Nothing to say. Salary hike percentage should be revised. the hike percentage cannot be same across all levels. the Junior category and middle management should be given equal opportunity to revise their compensation like senior menagement

...ontract employee and they absorb you once in a year by keeping an aptitude test.learning curve and salary is very less .

In Tata Working culture is good and salary benefits is less , very good skills development and new learnings intiative. Job security is good.
