Nothing to say. Salary hike percentage should be revised. the hike percentage cannot be same across all levels. the Junior category and middle management should be given equal opportunity to revise their compensation like senior menagement

...ses and standards. The perks are good as well but for short period like 2 years. If you join TASL with some experience then you would have better benefits in salary compared to existing employees. The company is more inclined to systematic & procedural approach to quality system which actually good for any organisation and its employees.

Dislikes

The difference of the salary for exisitng employees and newly joined are there. Which is demoralizing for exisitng employees. The difference is substantial. There are many old souls working around you which is good for instance but again gets challenging survival among these. The expectation of management from employees is confusing as they want you to contribute to the yearly revenue by making slides and attending audit everyday despite being a manufacturing industry.

Management is very poor. People who started career in TASL should leave within 2 3 years otherwise in terms of salary growth will be nothing. 7-8% growth per year. High level politics. If you complaint about something,no one is going to listen to you coz management itself have fault.

Likes

Great leaders and excellent company culture. Managerial skills are learnt with practical case based scenarios which are seen in top alumni. Performance appraisals can be improved and 5 day work is always on demand for any employee.

6 day work and slightly below the margin of pay-scale when compared with competitors

In Tata Working culture is good and salary benefits is less , very good skills development and new learnings intiative. Job security is good.

Dislikes

Food and appraisal are not good. City transportation not available.
