Dislikes

No Major Cons, but Room for Improvement in Work Schedule and Leave Policies. While the overall experience at the company is positive, the six-days working week can be quite demanding for tech employees. Additionally, the current sick leave policy does not offer any significant advantage and could benefit from further attention to better support employee well-being.
