There are shift going and I have work in tool maintenance. There is work pressure .The company is running in mass production and 7.90,6.90,2.30,mm thickness is used in our company . Tools like progressive,blanking,drawing,forming, Planshing tools are used.Daily cab is there in Pattravakam to company.And working environment is very nice.. And we can learn many about tool maintenance And more 20 days I'm leaving the company.. In April 20 2018

Noting, they don't have any stable process, make u leave previous organisation with talks of growth opportunities and then lay off you when the project Date ends. Do not join here.

It is a pathetic company, they have no policies for CAP and DAP and just target people based on project requirements, will pick faults of agents when they have to downsize, not only that FNF not released for many for over 60 to 70 days and will receive calls for asset submission even after 40 days of submitting assets. That means they have not processed any FNF request.. pathetic company to work with.

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
