I had worked in Tarun Publications from 10 April 2023 to 30th Sep 2023 and the experience was average, though, I learned a lot, but, the work culture is not good. No offer letter is given and no appointment letter is given and position remains temporary. I had to work on 2nd October for no reason and the next day I was told that I was on a break for 2-3 months.

Employees are not paid in consideration to the amount of work they do. The company is biased towords few seniors and therefore junior employees are not appreciated at all.
