in tarun bharat worker do not receive any appreceiation of work from head of department. If u do better they will arrange to you come in depression and make some wrong thing in work and you will dismiss from the job means there is no good atmosphere those working hard and want get some better future please dont apply therer. lots of politics issues they will make

Only the admin people are helpful

Mumbai tarun bharat needs to improve a lot. Especially for female employees they should take care of their safety. Office Timing rules should be equal for everyone. Office environment is not so good. Team mates don't understand problems of their other colleagues. They don't have humanity. They literally force their employees to work more than 9 hours in a day.
