Company is investing in IT Team and Project which is not needed and wasting time and money it’s been 2 years I am not seeing any progress or growth due to enhancement of IT departments. Sales or the operations team cannot generate a signal system generated report it’s a shame on the IT department. And also hiring people with no talent people sitting at management level don’t want to take risk and don’t want to do anything in the favour of the company to bring in more business. Company should only think how to bringing more and more business to generate profit and operations should execute it with full confidence. But managers are so insecure that they don’t to trained there teams members and want to keep all important stuff with them. Company should throw these managers out as they are liability for the company and they should invest in young talent who are better and full of energy and confidence.
