One of the best thing I will say is the good work-life balance. The leadership truly understands the importance of personal time, which makes it easier to maintain a healthy balance between work and life. At least my manager is the best manager I have got so far in my 10+ years of career. I am grateful to god for this. The learning opportunities are excellent, with hands-on projects which keeps me engaged and growing. We also get to work with some top-notch clients, which is both exciting and rewarding. Being in this company has been a wonderful journey! The work environment is incredibly supportive and friendly. Almost every festival is celebrated here, making it a lively and enjoyable place to work. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to build your career while enjoying a vibrant and balanced work life. I highly recommend!

They have nice communication policy, so our opinions are heard and valued. I like this a lot here. Apart from that friendly work environment, my co-workers are cooperative, and HR team celebrate all festivals. Overall, this company is very employee-friendly. We go for employee outings every 3/4 months. You will be surprised with random pizza and snacks parties.

Working at Targetorate Consulting has been an enriching experience for me in more ways than one. I have worked in 3 agencies before in Bengaluru, Mumbai and Hyderabad. This company has very collaborative work environment. My colleagues are from diverse backgrounds and how everyone comes together to solve complex problems is amazing. They also have open-door policy. The team is exceptionally talented. We learn from each other, celebrate wins together, and tackle challenges. This is the best team I have worked with so far. This I really want to highlight is how they encourage professional growth. Pursuing certifications, or exploring new domains, the company provides ample opportunities for learning. I appreciate the support and time they invest in our development. In have done 2 certification in 2 years, and it also help me get good appraisals. Actually my coworkers are more of my friends. From crazy chai breaks to team lunches, the friendly atmosphere is really enjoyable. Company knows how to balance work and play. Regular team events, be it team-building outings or celebratory parties, create a sense of belonging and boost team morale. Best part is working with US clients has broadened my perspective. The exposure to different business cultures and practices keeps me engaged and sharp.

Dislikes

My overall experience has been very positive. Occasionally (maybe like once in a quarter) we face workload due to deadlines. Otherwise everything is good.
