It is totally a disappointing experience working at targetbay they will force you too work 15hrs a day and even on saturday and sunday. the ceo pandiyan doesn't have any knowledge on this business and product owner gopi has also doesn't know how to manage employees he simply say yes to pandiyan since he is the boss and another technical arcitech will be there these three spoils employees life

better aviod this company HR doesn't have any power only a person named bala handles every thing and he sits on employee head and take what ever decision he can recently bala had a issue with some female employee so pandiyan fired him and now gopi replaces his place and gopi is also a toy of pandiyan he simply say yes to all things what pandiyan says

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
