People are getting fired for nothing. Racism, you could get fired for not putting a status, liking a post or sharing their post on social media. If you would search on their team section on website, most of them(60%) of them have already been fired due to racism. Overall no job security, no one have worked with them for long period of time so mostly new faces you will see and other who recently joined this company. Instant fired from the organisation whenever they feel so. All these things are for Indian Citizen since I already mentioned that they are racists and firing any Indian Team member is not a big deal for them.

Dislikes

No job security, hidden target and goals and salary deduction which you will know after joining the company, no holding for holi diwali or any other major festivals. Out of office hours you would have to work.
