... grow and become the size of Navneet but they don't stand anywhere near Navneet.during crisis times they fired 30 employees and didn't even pay any additional compensation.didnt even allow to serve notice period.truly a baniya type atmosphere.

After working more than 3 years sharing my Likes 1. in my 3 years tenure company has never delayed salary from their promised day which is 5th of every month or before 2. if you have a skill and you are confident about it then speak to management they will assist you to enhance it by training or any online course etc 3. Company culture: Kuch log hote hai jo shy feel karte hai and never join group. In my tenure i have participated into so many activity and i enjoy it. dont know about others 4. work life is now awesome. when i had joined there were no Saturday off but after joining 1 year company started Saturday off. I'm shocked can education sector company can also start Saturday off. 5. Company has completed 15 years and every years its growing it shows that company has value.
