Manegers are aweful and lack basic sense of talking, when you do any mistake like even a simplest one they shout at you in front of everyone.
Offcourse mistakes happen from manegers also but when you point them out they don't like it.
Huge politics is played here, and so much micromagement is there, you have to mention what you are doing to the scale of every minute of everyday.
The profile content writer seems like it's a creative role but mostly you will be doing is just adding pyq's to already made books, maintaing some excel sheets, working on their online platform just to do bifurcation of questions on the basis of subject and everything unrelated to your core subject.
HR manager is most aweful here and a play lot of politics and thinks like he knows everything.

1. in my 3 years tenure company has never delayed salary from their promised day which is 5th of every month or before
2. if you have a skill and you are confident about it then speak to management they will assist you to enhance it by training or any online course etc
3. Company culture: Kuch log hote hai jo shy feel karte hai and never join group. In my tenure i have participated into so many activity and i enjoy it. dont know about others
4. work life is now awesome. when i had joined there were no Saturday off but after joining 1 year company started Saturday off. I'm shocked can education sector company can also start Saturday off.
5. Company has completed 15 years and every years its growing it shows that company has value.
agar dislike hota to mai yaha 3 years nahi kaam karta.

People on probation can have some leaves.
Support Staff will not listen to work given by you, they listen to only work given by Directors.
Some people will come uninvited and don't care if we are into some work or having some discussion or in a meeting. If told them to come later or we will call them once free then they feel rude. They feel their work is more important than anything else.
There were a lot of questions on job training but they were boring my questions. I was working from home when the lockdown happened and they gave me half the training over the phone. Second thing after the second lockdown, while I was working from home, people in the office asked me to come to the office and work. But I had to quit my job because I was not allowed to train in the lockdown.
