The best part of working Taram textile is you can easily approach the higher management people like SVP, MD without hesitation, they always listen and implement the things. Regular monitoring of your performance and friendly peer members.

Dislikes

It takes some times to any one to settle as this is a green field company and located remotely from the city. Policy of staff movement during work hour needs to be improved , some times you are forced to do mutiple signs in addition to system activities (just to move within internal company you need 5 signs (3 manual + 2 digital)).

This company is well established. in home textile production division this is the well atomized company i seen till now in my carrier. housekeeping is awesome. very silent and discipline work.
