this company is in huge debt , they have not paid salaries who are working there finally left them , they have not even paid my 15 days salary yet , the back log salary also I have taken through labour court even after properly exiting the company . I have got the salary through the help of labour court and still 15 days salary they have not paid , for getting the balance salary I have to again file case and hire lawyer . any one can ask me the detail

Nothing to do in Tara Machine and unnecessary work pressure useless work pattern no planning team and nothing have to much time for doing best for our company.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
