There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow. on ttjob training us not given to new joiners.

Likes

I was handled four department wax, wax setting, mechanical finishing and gold department. And I had excellent staff for all four department. And our management also so inspirational for working atmosphere.... It's a excellent, extra ordinary unit which I had ever work, I did not forget the memories of company and colleuges.....

I would like to work again for the company....
