Nothing. pathetic work culture. Management is very bad. They will force you to do overtime also pay half overtime only and after 3 months.

Everything about this company is bad. Testing is not done according sop and standard rules sometime they skip testing also.

Head of department supportive. For learning is good in manufacturing, Dispensing but not in packing. Document work is good but not better.

... vegetables some times give 2 times .there are over water in daal maximum time. Salary get at 11th to 13th in every month. But over time'salary process is very very disgusting. for ex.(january's month over time give in April month and February's month over time give in May month and so on and overtime give only 70%). For leaving job 1 month's notice period compulsory. And after leaving job all settlement of salary and overtime can in 6 month or 8 month or 12 month or 15 month not fix time.

Need to improve all the working conditions also need to update all the security and HR reasons for staff and coworkers, Needs to update all policies for employees, most need to upgrade the HR policies.

Dislikes

HR behavior very bad with employee there some HR policies are very bad with the salary including monthly and OT. After resignation need to clear the balance amount of resigned employees within 3 to 4 month.

For fresher's lot of scope to learn, for experienced lot of work to done, salary timing is good, leaves are also provided but all gone wrong because for bad management of some seniors because of lack of knowledge, they only gained experience and nothing.
