copany will not hire directly under taparia tools, they will hire under some under com[any, they will give half salary on last day of month and half salary between 10th to 15th of next month . Office timings are stricts 9 am or 9.05am , you will be marked half day if you late 3 times in a week, company is not for professionals, it's for needy one who dont have option then start working there .

The overall top management is very understanding and helpful. However the manager believes in favoratism, and one who butters will be good in books and harresment is done with others who don't.
