...ng that particular employee by many means in personal and group call and mails. 3-they will eat up your bonus. 4- Policy are just on papers, management only break the policy. 5-CTO is horrible and ruling- as company is startup and they don't have any one good in technical client handling, so he does, plan, rule in the way he wants 5- CEO and other management is a puppet of CTO. can not take action as per his wish.

As this is Start-up while I value many aspects of our company, there are few areas that I believe could benefit from improvement. Specifically, I have observed to streamline certain processes. addressing it could contribute for even better efficiency and employee satisfaction more.

I joined here as an intern and got converted to fulltime after finishing the internship. Likes: The product what the company is developing is good and the work culture is so good. Learning scope will be high and the technology stack what this company is using is good.

As a new company physical resources are limited but the energy, environment and camaraderie negates that factor without affecting efficiency.
