Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Family oriented, treated equally with all peers, process driven, secured job, long term career growth, salary compensation is decent in long run, travel opportunities (B1 visa) for those who are skilled, proactive, leadership quantities and extroverts, good learning for starters, new challenges everyday, supportive work environment with good worm-like balance.

Dislikes

...days and ruin your career just like mine and many of my colleagues when we left. Expect salary after 12th or 15th of every month. Just 1.5 lakh insurance coverage for payment of Rs 7000. No company name displayed in premises to save tax(Good luck explaining your relatives where you work). Rest is good. Lolz!!
