Suddenly change my life & my life style, when I joined Tantia RMC. I love the fact that I am a part of this team & market. Where I learn till now how to work in this market, how to change my career profile & growth my self. Always learn to my seniors with my team. They always guide me how to survive in my work area.Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here. Here work environment is to friendly, now I to much satisfied in my work life and balance it's to easy way.

Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation?
