Teammates are very helpful, job secure not present days, career growth nothing for present days, salary not timely paid , work environment r not good for scarcity of money

I have resigned on 14th May due to pending salary are six months and company surrendered to bank due to huge loan taken from bank all works have stopped

The company is innovative and well equipped by latest technology and open for new applications for business area development. I am glad to be a part of the team that markets with reliable and high quality product and makes a good client base. My work experience in the company is so good as I had a highly qualified energetic and so friendly reporting boss.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high as I have to attend clients sometimes late into the night.

Nothing is to happen in my career at Tantia Construction to share with everyone.

Company is so good, but job satisfaction is so poor,no chance for career growth and opportunities due to Management pressure & increment of salary. Sometimes I don't take any rest for two weeks due to senior holiday season.
