Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Providing social and preventive medicine service to tea estate workers and dependants.For those referred to higher centres follow up to give adequate treatment and advise on prevention of disease .

Dislikes

Treatment facility was not adequate eventhough it was suggested by me.

High scope for an innovative & creative work, if one is really sincere &honest.

Dislikes

Found much incompetent & incapable divisional managers /co.secy in the management level except deputation officers .Lacks integrity, honesty, &loyalty among the staff level.
