In franchisy store level salary is too much poor. I'm working from 2018 to still now no promotion. If any one think to work here i suggest him or her don't be stupid. I'm too much struggling here.

The benefits and facilities which company has for its employees are great.Thumbs up for that but it includes some pressure of targets which is increasing day by day.The staffs are well groomed and well in culture and you will have a healthy atmosphere working there.

Dislikes

Salary hike per year is not so high.Create a lot of pressure for achieving targets,the chances of getting promotion is very tough to achieve.

Target pressure which creates mental stress,low salary, no growth in terms of position and salary after giving almost 8yrs, no criteria of salary package e.g. old employee get less salary than new joining, no employees friendly company only target pressure, no job security,

Overall good experience with tanishq hisar.good company owner behaviour and supportive.Incentive structure is very attractive in tanishq hisar.

I feel irritated due to my job shift. And i am not satisfied with my basic salary.
