Life in corporate - Discrimination & rude behaviour by management# managment is ignorant & doesn't appreciate your work no matter how hard working or dedicated you are# no proper induction and a lot of miscommunication at every stage# criticism by senior colleagues and managers# Its a Lala Company.l for employees that's faking to be an international brand# no-tranparency within employees# no team work# every one is trying to prove that he/she us the smartest and rest are fools# Life at Retail stores - Life at franchise stores sucks bcaz of the third class non deservimg store managers and franchise owners# no work life balance# corporate is least bothered about employee satisfaction at franchise stores due to which franchise stores mistreat their employees. Like to work at company outlet. Not on franchises payroll, Franchises are making company name in terms of job security and the works they are eating incentives. Please stop giving tanishq store to franchises. It's a humble request.

...chise store there's no job security, no appraisal, no extra benifit for staff... Everything is only take away salary... Franchise owner gives preferences to their own family members, half of the store runs according to them.. partiality between male & female staffs

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I am liking Tanishq show room atmosphere like a family and other executives also behave like a family members. No ego's so i like tanishq

In Vijayawada Tanishq like a third party franchise so no promotions and no cadar and salary increments are very low hike on yearly 1000 rs will be increasing so, i dont like on that basis.
