...ork. Own by a pyscho businessman and Total dictatorship is there is the company. Salary never comes on time and incentives as well never comes on time.... Pathetic work environment.... i will never recommend anyone to work in this company

...ot a female friendly workplace. Poor and extremely delayed incentives structure. No salary hike. Extreme micromanagement. Terrible office politics that simple people can’t even survive there. Even in the case of PIP or resignation, same day removal from the company. Can’t recommend anyone.

...s. Work life balance is good. Leaves (planned / emergency) are granted on need. Salary and yearly review are in time. Owner of the organisation is a nice person, who rewards his good employees and listens to their problems.

Dislikes

Old employees (not everyone) misuse their seniority by bullying on new employees and making their lives difficult... Without leaves, flexibility of work hours, training opportunities etc.

Worst company to work for but yes if you are good boot licker this place is for you if you like micro management this place is for you if you don't want your hard earned incentives this place is for you...yes if you are girl this place is for you as no POSH activities will be monitored here....if you want to work at the worst place in the industry then this will be the right place for you..

There is nothing to like at this place, office politics, favours if you are a boot licker, no job security no timely incentives and no increment

Tanisha systems should serve food to their night shift employee.This is very important for their health.Employees already put their health at stake then it should also thought about it.Hr process is also not good.
