It was a great experience while working in NSL Power generation.O ur teammates was very good.Sallary Groath was slow.Work environment was good.we always go to site on foot while staying in Deudi guest house. We have not got any convenience source to site.

Dislikes

Some seniors were very rude towards their Juniors .If I got a chance to do job in NSL Power generation I will eagerly joined company and continue job with NSL.I was very lucky to do job with NSL Group.While doing job in NSL working environment was very good .Some Officer's were very caring towards their staff.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
