Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. ...excuses so as to not pay you. They don't have any travel arrangements for staff. Your first salary itself will be paid on the 25th of the next month, so they always have a buffer of 1 month +, so if you want to quit , you sacrifice your 1 month + salary and forget your F&F. They have a huge amount of staff/labour litigation against them and use their contacts to still keep running and hoodwinking staff.
