Salary, attendance, leaves, office timing, no work life balance, no job security, support works, using bad words during meeting, strict rules not to talk to other colleagues, backstabbing about other resources, showing rich attitude towards resources, controlling resources because they are working under them, etc

This review is based on my real time experience at Tandem Crystals . Don't ever consider this organization in your career . This is not even a Start-up company . There won't be any feel that working in an IT industry
