the company is open to innovation and give space to adopt latest ideas. excellent working environment. Buy best quality products/material for its clients. I use to visit clients place and attend meetings for routine updates. company has given me open travel facility where ever we need to travel. Career growth is limited to some extent due to long stays of the superiors but good thing is that the chances are always there by the effect of the expansions and new contract.

salary and appraisals is the weakest area of the company, which make the employee to see new opportunities.

...andling training,Yearly fire training. Ect. Enviroment training, Afmis training.giving good salary. Get good experience in food service facility.

There was some Bangladeshi workers they are new but they do some issue. Not listning, no manners.

Because I work this compni and i hope give mi best pakege Before I am not certified in my salry I khnow good accommodation good environment and good security .

The work pressure is high. And incitement not matter your skills Also there is no job training for freshers that's why big trouble in senior staff.

After resigning my job in tamimi i really regret about that bad decition. If you get job in tamimi company with protect you and your family its like getting a govt job.
