...r core. There are no such things as work pressure for beginners in this company. But the salary is not even considerable. Need to work extra hours without any pay. Overall the company is average for beginners.

1) Its a place where i gets transform from a noobie to a professional engineer. 2) I learnt managing skill from the guidance of my seniors. 3) With only 5 years of experience, my company having confidence on me to appoint as a shift incharge and its shows their opportunity giving mind towards youngsters.

Allows to take all technical decisions towards the profitability of its business, ease of operation, cost loss reduction/elimination, safety standard upgradation, quality improvement and without any compromise on plant operations, process safety, environment and quality of the product. People can grow unless they own responsibility fully on their roles without any followu, being innovative and brings transparency and continuous improvement in all factors and bring results .

Dislikes

Unless people perform and prove their capabilities irrespective of their stay in the company or experience, they can't grow further to the top position in the organization. People promotion by virtue of their experience upto certain position and should be by performance
