There is no any promotion and improvement in salary pack as it was fixed as per our degree qualification. sources were available when we don't need but there is no chance of using available sources when we required due to yearly agreements. also getting permission for some works were tedious process. That will delay and postpone all the works. sometimes can't get full support and help from your higher official.

You'll get recognized for sure for your work. But, most prefer not to work hard. Still you'll get your paycheck.

Caste/region-based politics is the curse of this university. Son-of-the-Soil Policy. "Even a medical doctor has to hold a BSc (Ag) Degree first before becoming a physician"-kind of attitude. One-man show, every employee would first try to understand what pleases the powers that be, this roughly means the Vice-chancellor. Everyone in the University works for the VC not toward, the welfare of the university. Too much dependence on state government at the expense of the university's autonomy, the state bureaucracy has the field day whoever becomes the VC. Unless this University becomes free from the bureaucratic shackles there won't be real progress in the near future.
