Providing protected water supply to poor peoples living in rural areas gave job satisfaction. Working in TAWAD gave good experience in work and working nature is good. Offered good salary.

Norms provided in fixing capacity of sump are not practical. Providing 23 hours pumping as per norms, practically not possible.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
