I was appointed as skilled assistant for salary Rs.17000/- and after 1st contract ended in 3 months and at 2nd contract they reduced grade as assistant for Salary Rs.13500/-. For one year they gave on hike at last they gave Rs.15000/- salary, Rs.1500/- hike. No culture they will never give training at job and shout like nothing. Annamalai staff are too posted in this company and they will never do any work. No one will ask any question on the even they get Rs.50000/- + salary. But all will suck contract staff like me with low pay. Salary will not pay between 1st to 5th of every month. They process salary by only 15th of every month. Hectic Even watch man is promoted as AGM. 8th standard fail became Assistant General Manager. Does not know even to read and write will shout on contract staff like labor. Just got his promotion with his service basis. He does nothing and gets work done with the fellows who does work. He asks to buy tea and other personal things for his own use.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
