They can fire u for silly reason such as taking long leaves. They laid off employees who when went on their own marriage break of just 10 days and were welcomed with the firing letter

Team collaboration was the only gpod point.

Various negative points include - 1. Employees not treated correctly 2. Appraisals are not on time 3. Manager and heads are not clear on the objective and its everyday scenes that tasks are just assigned and once work is done it goea to waste.

It’s was good organisation when we had good higher management but after few months the HR was worst and think she a no idea about how to run HR policy apart from that it all depends upon the team level management once they are good we all are good

No proper top level management No job security Not providing the proper reasoning Not getting the right process CTO sucks he needs to be Trained

Great learnings and focus on both individual and company growth While working you will not feel appreciated but when it will come to hikes you will understand that you work and hard work was noticed and is getting paid off
