... great to know about work with teammates.. teammates were supportive and caring. salary was also good.

Dislikes

On the job training is not given to new joinees. Salary was decent but it was only for contract basis.

Our taluk panchayth staff and Environment of organisation is good but there no future in this organisation because it's contract base work and anytime they can remove us from work there is no security in this work.

Comparing to work salary is very low. There is no safty in this work, not have any increment, any promotion and not have any opportunity in this work

Not a secure job. not good decision to our management and nor reliable government policy and no other benefit and permanent job. not a satisfied to have all benefits. not security of the job. is just a waste of time. in my ago 1998. i am work as assistant of extension officer and helping nature of duties. below poverty line family like benefits. PMAY housing work. SHG group work. implement of all like BPL family in between work. NAGEGA scheme work allocation. employment in villages farmer help. all government under scheme i part of government and BPL family worker.
